By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the "WaveTune Radio" application (the "App"), the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user must refrain from using the App.

2. Nature of Service & Feature Overview

• Mobile Radio Tuner: WaveTune Radio is a personal utility tool designed to facilitate discovery and playback of publicly accessible internet radio streams using community directory services (Radio Browser API).

• Personal Lawful Use: The App provides audio streaming, station favoriting, local stream recording for personal offline playback, radio alarm scheduling, and sleep timer capabilities. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities & Network Bandwidth

CELLULAR DATA WARNING: Continuous live audio streaming and station browsing consume network data bandwidth.

• avih6 strongly recommends connecting to an unmetered Wi-Fi network where available.

• The user remains solely responsible for any mobile carrier data fees, roaming costs, or overage charges incurred through the use of the App.

• The user agrees not to operate the App in any manner that creates unsafe distractions while driving or performing tasks requiring focused visual/auditory attention.

4. Third-Party Broadcast Content & Intellectual Property

The App functions strictly as an audio tuner and index browser. All radio audio streams, musical compositions, sound recordings, talk shows, news broadcasts, station names, and broadcaster trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of their respective broadcasters and rights holders.

avih6 does not host, broadcast, rebroadcast, license, or control third-party streams and assumes no liability for the accuracy, legality, copyright compliance, or opinions expressed in broadcast audio transmissions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. avih6 makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability, audio fidelity, unbroken transmission, or uptime of third-party radio streams or community directory endpoints.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, avih6 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes, without limitation:

All right, title, and interest in and to the App (including underlying software code, architecture, user interfaces, branding, and assets) remain the exclusive property of avih6. The user is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting source code, copying, or distributing modified versions of the App is strictly prohibited.

8. Modifications to the Service & Terms

avih6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any portion thereof at any time without prior notice. These Terms may be revised periodically, with updates becoming effective upon publication on this page.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
