1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the "WaveTune Radio" application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WaveTune Radio is a personal utility tool designed to provide access to internet radio streams from around the world using the Radio-Browser API. The service is provided "as is" and intended for lawful personal entertainment purposes only.

Data Usage Warning: Streaming radio consumes significant data. We recommend using a Wi-Fi connection when possible. WaveTune Radio and its developer are not responsible for any data charges incurred through use of this app.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all underlying source code, design, logos, and features, are the exclusive property of avih6. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without explicit written permission from the developer.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the radio streams will always be available, functional, or accurate. The developer is not responsible for interruptions in service or the unavailability of specific radio stations.

6. Limitation of Liability

The developer (avih6) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, business interruption, or any other loss.

7. Third-Party Content

The App provides access to streams and metadata provided by third-party sources (e.g., Radio-Browser API). We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party content, including accuracy, legality, or copyright compliance. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of radio streams complies with all applicable laws and licensing agreements in their jurisdiction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
