By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the "QR Generator & Scanner" application (the "App"), the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user must refrain from using the App.

2. Nature of Service & Feature Overview

• Optical Scanner & Generator: QR Generator & Scanner is a mobile utility designed to decode optical QR codes and standard barcodes in real time via the device camera, and generate custom QR code bitmaps locally for personal and professional convenience.

• Passive Optical Decoding: The App acts solely as a translation interface that reads visual code patterns and presents the decoded text or hyperlink on the screen.

3. Third-Party Content & Scanned URL Caution

THIRD-PARTY QR CODE & SCANNED URL CAUTION: QR codes and barcodes scanned using the App are generated by third parties and may contain arbitrary URLs, commands, or Wi-Fi configurations.

• avih6 does NOT control, author, verify, endorse, or monitor external websites, download packages, or networks linked in third-party QR codes.

• The user remains solely responsible for inspecting and verifying the authenticity of any decoded URL before opening external links in a web browser or entering sensitive information.

• avih6 assumes no liability for phishing attacks, malware downloads, financial fraud, or unintended network connections resulting from scanning third-party codes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. avih6 makes no guarantees regarding continuous camera recognition under poor lighting, damaged physical barcodes, or error-free code generations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, avih6 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes, without limitation:

All right, title, and interest in and to the App (including underlying software code, computer vision implementations, UI designs, branding, and assets) remain the exclusive property of avih6. The user is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting source code, copying, or distributing modified versions of the App is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services & Advertising Links

The App integrates third-party developer libraries (such as Google Play Services and Google AdMob). avih6 exercises no control over external advertising platforms and assumes no liability for their availability, content, or policies.

8. Modifications to the Service & Terms

avih6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any portion thereof at any time without prior notice. These Terms may be revised periodically, with updates becoming effective upon publication on this page.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
