The App is a utility tool designed for Android devices, providing various mathematical functions including calculating percentage changes, finding values, and determining tip splits. It functions strictly as a local calculation interface.

Important Disclaimer: While the App is designed to provide accurate mathematical results, the developer (avih6) does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculation result. The App should not be used as the sole basis for critical financial, tax, legal, or professional accounting decisions without independent verification.

4. Local Data & User Responsibilities

The App operates entirely locally on your device:

All calculation history, inputs, and UI preferences (such as themes and custom colors) are saved solely on your device's internal storage.
The developer does not have access to, nor does the App transmit, any of your calculation data to external servers.
You are responsible for maintaining your data. Clearing the App's data via Android settings or uninstalling the App will permanently delete your history and preferences.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The developer (avih6) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses, business interruptions, or errors arising from reliance on the App's output.

You agree that you use the App entirely at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all underlying source code, UI design (including Jetpack Compose layouts), logos, and features, are the exclusive property of avih6. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code without explicit written permission.

7. Privacy

Use of the App is also subject to the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Modifications to the Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
