All right, title, and interest in and to the App (including underlying software code, mathematical implementations, user interface designs, branding, and assets) remain the exclusive property of avih6. The user is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting source code, copying, or distributing modified versions of the App is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Platform Services

The App is distributed through and may integrate standard Google Play Services. avih6 exercises no control over third-party platform infrastructure and assumes no liability for its availability, content, or policies.

8. Modifications to the Service & Terms

avih6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any portion thereof at any time without prior notice. These Terms may be revised periodically, with updates becoming effective upon publication on this page.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
