New Driver (נהג חדש)

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the "New Driver" (נהג חדש) mobile application and its associated services (collectively, the "App" or "Service"), the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user must refrain from using the App.
SAFETY FIRST: The App must strictly NOT be operated or handled by the driver while the vehicle is in motion.
The driver must always keep hands on the wheel, eyes on the road, and give undivided attention to driving in full compliance with all traffic safety laws.
• Independent Utility Aid: The App is an independent digital logbook and personal organizational tool developed by avih6.
• No Official Government Affiliation: The App is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or operated on behalf of the Israel Ministry of Transport and Road Safety (משרד התחבורה והבטיחות בדרכים), Israel Police, or any governmental or regulatory authority.
• No Legal or Permitting Authority: Accompaniment period calculations, passenger restriction timers, and driving hours summaries provided by the App do not constitute official driving permits, legal advice, or statutory certification.
By using the App, the user explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, avih6 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, avih6 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes, without limitation:
All right, title, and interest in and to the App: including underlying code, algorithms, visual design, user interfaces, branding, and assets: remain the exclusive property of avih6. The user is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting source code, copying, or distributing modified versions of the App is strictly prohibited.
The App may integrate third-party developer libraries (such as Google Play Services, Firebase, and Google AdMob) and provide links to external websites (such as official gov.il portals). avih6 exercises no control over external platforms and assumes no liability for their availability, content, or policies.
avih6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any portion thereof at any time without prior notice. These Terms may be revised periodically, with updates becoming effective upon publication on this page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
