By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the "Lie Detector" application (the "App"), the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user must refrain from using the App.

• Prank & Entertainment Tool: Lie Detector is a novelty simulation application designed exclusively for humor, social entertainment, and personal amusement.

• Simulated Touch Interaction: The animated scanning graphics, sound effects, vibrations, and outcome results are purely simulated entertainment mechanics.

NOVELTY & PRANK PURPOSE ONLY: The App is NOT a real polygraph machine, physiological measurement device, or scientific lie detection apparatus.

• Results generated by the App are randomized, simulated, or pre-configured for entertainment and prank purposes only.

• The user agrees NEVER to present, represent, or rely upon scan results as scientific proof, legal evidence, or genuine confirmation of truthfulness or falsehood.

• The user agrees to use the App responsibly and solely in safe social situations where participants understand the simulated nature of the game.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. avih6 makes no guarantees regarding the performance, operational accuracy, or user experience of the entertainment simulation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, avih6 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes, without limitation:

All right, title, and interest in and to the App (including underlying software code, animations, sound designs, visual interfaces, branding, and assets) remain the exclusive property of avih6. The user is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting source code, copying, or distributing modified versions of the App is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services & Advertising Links

The App integrates third-party developer libraries (such as Google Play Services and Google AdMob). avih6 exercises no control over external advertising platforms and assumes no liability for their availability, content, or policies.

8. Modifications to the Service & Terms

avih6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any portion thereof at any time without prior notice. These Terms may be revised periodically, with updates becoming effective upon publication on this page.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
