1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the "IP Lookup" application (the "App"), the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user must refrain from using the App.

2. Nature of Service & Network Utility

• Network Intelligence Tool: IP Lookup is a mobile utility designed to retrieve public network intelligence, ISP records, ASN assignments, and approximate geographical location data for public IP addresses.

• API Aggregation: The App aggregates public network data retrieved over HTTPS from third-party services (ipwho.is) and static map renders (OpenStreetMap).

3. Geolocation Accuracy Disclaimer & Acceptable Use

APPROXIMATE IP GEOLOCATION DISCLAIMER: Geolocation coordinates, city designations, and ISP records provided by the App are derived from public third-party databases and represent approximate indicators only.

• The user acknowledges that IP geolocation does NOT reveal the precise physical address, street location, or personal identity of an individual.

• The data must NEVER be used for emergency dispatch, physical navigation, criminal investigation, legal evidence, or critical security infrastructure.

• Acceptable Use: Users agree strictly not to utilize the App for malicious network scanning, unauthorized vulnerability reconnaissance, cyber-attacks, or harassment.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. avih6 makes no guarantees regarding the uptime of external APIs, the precision of third-party IP registries, or error-free network lookups.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, avih6 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes, without limitation:

6. Intellectual Property & License

All right, title, and interest in and to the App (including underlying software code, UI designs, branding, and assets) remain the exclusive property of avih6. The user is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting source code, copying, or distributing modified versions of the App is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services & External APIs

The App communicates with external services including ipwho.is, OpenStreetMap, Google Play Services, and Google AdMob. avih6 exercises no control over third-party infrastructure and assumes no liability for their availability, content, or policies.

8. Modifications to the Service & Terms

avih6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any portion thereof at any time without prior notice. These Terms may be revised periodically, with updates becoming effective upon publication on this page.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
