By downloading, accessing, or using the "IP Lookup" application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

The App is a mobile utility tool designed to retrieve network and geolocation information for a given IP address. It relies on public databases and third-party APIs to present data such as ISP name, city, country, and approximate geographical coordinates.

Data Accuracy Disclaimer: The geolocation and network information provided by the App is approximate and based on third-party public databases (ipwho.is). It should not be used for critical infrastructure, legal tracking, or emergency navigation purposes.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all underlying source code, design, logos, and features, are the exclusive property of avih6. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software without explicit written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. There is no guarantee that the App will meet your expectations, operate error-free, or that the third-party IP data will be complete, accurate, or available at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

avih6 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages caused by reliance on inaccurate IP location data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Modifications to the Terms

avih6 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
