By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the "Flashlight" application (the "App"), the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user must refrain from using the App.

2. Nature of Service & Feature Overview

• Mobile Utility Tool: The App is designed to provide illumination features including standard torchlight, strobe pulsing, SOS distress signaling, screen light illumination, morse code transmission, and integrated convenience sensors (Compass and Bubble Level).

• Sensor Convenience Aid: The integrated compass and bubble level indicators are convenience aids only and must not be used for precision construction, surveying, maritime navigation, or emergency search-and-rescue operations.

3. User Responsibilities & Safety Precautions

SAFETY & PHOTOSENSITIVITY WARNING: Rapid flashing and strobe illumination modes may trigger seizures or discomfort in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.

• Do not direct high-intensity LED light into human or animal eyes.

• Do not operate strobe features during driving, cycling, or any activity requiring focused visual attention.

• Continuous high-intensity LED light usage naturally increases battery consumption and device warmth. Built-in battery limiters can be adjusted in the App Settings.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. avih6 makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted operation, continuous hardware compatibility, or precision of sensor calibrations across diverse Android hardware.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, avih6 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes, without limitation:

All right, title, and interest in and to the App (including underlying code, algorithms, visual design, user interfaces, branding, and assets) remain the exclusive property of avih6. The user is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting source code, copying, or distributing modified versions of the App is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services & Advertising Links

The App integrates third-party developer libraries (such as Google Play Services and Google AdMob). avih6 exercises no control over external advertising platforms and assumes no liability for their availability, content, or policies.

8. Modifications to the Service & Terms

avih6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any portion thereof at any time without prior notice. These Terms may be revised periodically, with updates becoming effective upon publication on this page.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
