By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the "Electricity Calculator" (מחשבון חשמל) application (the "App"), the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user must refrain from using the App.

2. Nature of Service & Energy Supplier Disclaimer

• Independent Utility Tool: The App is a calculation and estimation aid designed to assist users in estimating electricity consumption costs based on meter readings, standard tariffs, billing cycles, and tax settings.

• No Official Affiliation: The App is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or operated on behalf of the Israel Electric Corporation (חברת החשמל לישראל בע"מ - חח"י), the Electricity Authority (רשות החשמל), or any licensed energy supplier.

• Estimation Disclaimer: Calculated costs, kilowatt-hour summaries, and tariff projections are informal estimates and do not replace official utility invoices issued by authorized electric companies.

3. User Responsibilities & Billing Verification

BILLING NOTICE: Actual utility bills may differ from app calculations due to rate changes, administrative fixed charges, fuel adjustment factors, or differing meter reading dates.

The user is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of entered meter readings and selected tariff categories.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining personal records; avih6 is not liable for data loss resulting from device reset or storage clearance.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. avih6 makes no representations or warranties regarding the continuous availability, error-free operation, or absolute mathematical accuracy of calculations for official billing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, avih6 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes, without limitation:

All right, title, and interest in and to the App: including underlying code, algorithms, visual design, user interfaces, branding, and assets: remain the exclusive property of avih6. The user is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting source code, copying, or distributing modified versions of the App is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services & Reference Links

The App integrates third-party developer libraries (such as Google Play Services, Firebase, and Google AdMob) and connects to public reference tariff endpoints (iec.co.il). avih6 exercises no control over external platforms and assumes no liability for their availability, content, or policies.

8. Modifications to the Service & Terms

avih6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any portion thereof at any time without prior notice. These Terms may be revised periodically, with updates becoming effective upon publication on this page.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
