The App operates on a strict privacy-first approach: it does not require user registration, does not create cloud user accounts, and does not transmit personal electricity meter readings, consumption figures, or calculated financial estimates to external servers.

3.1 Local Meter Readings & Calculation Records

When calculating electricity costs, user-provided inputs are processed strictly on the physical device:

• Meter Inputs: Previous and current meter readings, kilowatt-hour (kWh) values, billing period dates, and custom tariff numbers.
• Local Storage: Calculation history records are stored exclusively in the device's private local database (Room SQLite & DataStore).
• No Cloud Transmission: Personal meter readings and calculation history are never uploaded to or stored on external servers.

3.2 Public Tariff Updates

Standard household and business electricity rates are queried periodically over secure HTTPS from public reference endpoints (iec.co.il). No user data, device identifiers, or meter readings are transmitted during tariff updates.

4. Third-Party Services & Technical Data Collection

4.1 Technical Identifiers & Analytics

To monitor application performance, maintain stability, and resolve technical defects, the App incorporates reputable SDKs provided by Google LLC:

• Google Analytics for Firebase: Collects aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage statistics (such as screen views and feature interaction counts).
• Firebase Crashlytics & Performance Monitoring: Collects technical stack traces, error reports, and hardware diagnostic details to diagnose and resolve application crashes.
• Firebase Remote Config: Dynamically retrieves non-personal configuration parameters (such as updated default tariff rates and UI feature flags).

4.2 Advertisements & Android Privacy Sandbox

• Google AdMob: Used to display non-intrusive advertisements. AdMob may process advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID / AAID) and coarse IP data to serve and measure ads in compliance with Google's policies. Google automatically anonymizes log data by removing portions of IP addresses after 9 months and cookie data after 18 months.
• Privacy Sandbox for Android: The application supports modern privacy-preserving advertising APIs in Android 13+ (such as AdServices Topics and Attribution APIs) designed to eliminate cross-app tracking.

5. Official Distribution Channel

6. User Rights & Local Data Management

Because the App operates without user accounts and stores no personal data on external servers, data control is managed directly on the local device:

• Local Data Removal: Clearing application storage via Android OS Settings or uninstalling the App immediately and permanently erases all locally stored records, history, and preferences from the physical device.
• Anonymous Diagnostics: Technical telemetry and crash reports processed by Firebase are pseudonymous, aggregated, and automatically expired according to Google's retention schedules; they cannot be linked to individual user identities or email addresses.

7. Data Security

Security of user information is prioritized, and commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are employed. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% immune to vulnerabilities, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

The App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal data without parental consent, please send a notification immediately to the contact email so that the information can be promptly removed.
