Disabled Permit Check (בדיקת תו נכה)
Last Updated: August 22, 2026
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the "Disabled Permit Check" (בדיקת תו נכה) application (the "App"), the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user must refrain from using the App.
• Independent Search Tool: The App is a search viewer designed to query the publicly accessible database of disabled parking permits in Israel.
• No Government Affiliation: The App is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or operated on behalf of the Israel Ministry of Transport and Road Safety (משרד התחבורה והבטיחות בדרכים), Israel Police, or any governmental or municipal entity.
• Third-Party Public Data: Information is retrieved in real time from the Israeli Government Open Data repository (data.gov.il). avih6 does not author, control, host, or alter the government permit records.
LEGAL NOTICE: The physical disabled permit displayed on a vehicle’s windshield, official municipal signage, and road traffic laws always take precedence over the App.
Government registries may experience temporary technical downtime or synchronization latency. A vehicle displayed as possessing or lacking a permit in the App does not override official statutory records or physical badge verification.
The driver remains solely responsible for legal parking compliance at all times.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. avih6 makes no representations or warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data retrieved from government endpoints.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, avih6 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes, without limitation:
All right, title, and interest in and to the App: including underlying code, algorithms, visual design, user interfaces, branding, and assets: remain the exclusive property of avih6. The user is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting source code, copying, or distributing modified versions of the App is strictly prohibited.
The App integrates third-party developer libraries (such as Google Play Services, Firebase, and Google AdMob) and connects to public government open data endpoints (data.gov.il). avih6 exercises no control over external platforms and assumes no liability for their availability, content, or policies.
avih6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any portion thereof at any time without prior notice. These Terms may be revised periodically, with updates becoming effective upon publication on this page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
