By downloading, accessing, or using the "Disabled Permit Check" application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
The App is a free utility tool designed to help users check the status of disabled parking permits for vehicles in Israel. It functions solely as a viewer and search interface.
All data provided through the App is retrieved in real-time from the official Open Data portal of the Israeli Government (data.gov.il). The developer does not create, modify, or host the permit database.
By using the App, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all underlying source code, design, logos, and features, are the exclusive property of avih6. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software without explicit written permission.
Use of the App is also subject to the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The developer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
