The "Disabled Permit Check" (בדיקת תו נכה) application (the "App") is developed and maintained by avih6 as a free, ad-supported utility application. This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use "AS IS".
The App operates on a strict privacy-first approach: it does not require user registration, does not create cloud user accounts, and does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as personal names, email addresses, phone numbers, or residential addresses.

• No Government Affiliation: The App is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or operated on behalf of the Israel Ministry of Transport and Road Safety (משרד התחבורה והבטיחות בדרכים), Israel Police, or any governmental or municipal authority.
• Open Data Source: Disabled parking permit verification data is queried in real time from the official Israeli Government Open Data repository (data.gov.il). avih6 does not own, author, host, or modify the public registry.
• Informational Use Only: Search results are provided for informational convenience only. The physical badge displayed on the vehicle windshield, municipal signage, and official enforcement records always take precedence.
